Hello and Welcome to Harlingen Rejuvenation & Wellness Center, formerly Jensen Family Practice!
My name is Claudia R. Posada and I am blessed beyond belief to be able to own and operate a medical clinic in Harlingen, Texas.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have over 17 years of nursing experience and I have been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for 12 years. Does that make me sound old? I prefer wiser!
I graduated from the University of Texas Pan American (UTRGV) in 2001 with my Bachelors in Nursing. In 2008, I completed my Masters in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner, I am able to provide holistic care to patients across the lifespan. We are able to own a clinic just as a Medical Doctor, however, we do require a collaborating physician.
I am so excited and humbled to be able to offer my services to the community. We pride ourselves in being a humble and inviting medical clinic! Again,

Nurse Practitioner
Nurse practitioners are able to evaluate, treat, and diagnose common illnesses and conditions. They are able to prescribe medications, order and interpret lab tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests. At best, Nurse Practitioners are naturally able to listen to patients, take the time to discuss and explain problems and treatment options that is best suited for each individual. At Jensen Family Practice we are committed to see and treat each individual as a whole, not just the symptom.

Simple and convenient to use. No need to download software or create an account. Just use a browser on a computer or device with a camera and microphone. All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. We adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.
Telemedicine visits can be done during office hours.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 3pm - 6pm
Telemedicine visits are covered through most insurances. The cost per telemedicine visit is what you would pay if you had an in-office visit. For example, if you have a $10 dollar copay, then your telemedicine fee will be the same.
If one does not have insurance, our cash prices will apply.
